Dispatch
All items ordered for delivery within the U.K will be dispatched
as soon as possible via Parcelforce 48 Hour Courier service, for
which there is no additional charge.
Should you require your items urgently, we are also happy to dispatch
using Parcelforce’s overnight service, which guarantees delivery
by 9am on the next morning (excluding Sundays – increased
rates apply for Saturdays.) To take advantage of this service, your
Purchase Order must reach us no later than 12pm. To request this
service or for information on carriage costs, please ‘contact
us’.
Items delivered will require signing for at the point of delivery.
Should you require a Proof of Delivery (signature copy) for any
parcel, please ‘contact us’
and we will be happy to help.
If you are an overseas customer ordering directly, we will be happy
to ship goods using your suggested method / courier, provided this
is both practical and available – if you have your own carrier
account, simply supply us with the details and we will confirm the
method of dispatch with you. If you are happy to accept delivery
via our courier, we will locate the best price and shipment arrangements
for your consignment as part of the order processing system, advising
you of the applicable charge and method before dispatch.
